Thanks for watching! What do you think happened? Don't forget to check out Morning Brew for free today bit.ly/3goxxmn

      1. Denebola Vaco

This has been scientifically reproduced and proven to be a man induced avalanche. As for radiation, this is Russia were talking about. Everyone has a radioactive center piece as an ice breaker.

      2. Zev Holden

@Hassan Pablo Yea, I've been using Flixzone for since december myself =)

      3. Hassan Pablo

Pro trick: you can watch series on flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching loads of movies lately.

      4. Radue Lebini

They solved it. Do you watch Ask A Mortician? You know that Catlin Doughty gal...

      5. Ema Arredondo

Caitlin Doughy at the Ask a Mortician channel has the answer.

    2. Greg Brown

i'm pretty sure hurricanes cannot survive in -30 degrees C or F, it doesn't matter, these are tropical storms.

    3. Jari Mustonen

      It has been solved

    4. Matt Davidson

I have hunting in the region. Wolverines is a likely culprit. Our tent was ripped open by one. Nothing unusual. We’re they armed ? Even in 1959 surviving unarmed north of the Ural Mountains is dancing with fate

    5. TheMetallicaman13

It sounds like the Soviet Union was testing nuclear weapons which caused the avalanche. They then tried to cover this up because the optics wouldn’t look good. That’s just my theory

    6. Darrren Betker

Its been solved. It was a avalanche.

    7. Eric

If it were some freak avalanche, how did the tent remain relatively intact? And how would the footprints remain after the fact? I'm not buying the Swedish theory.

    8. Heliacall

What’s very interesting is that there was a similar event a bit later i believe called the buryatia pass incident where there was actually a survivor who witnessed what happened to the other people in their hiking group and i think it helps with what might have happened with this case

    9. Bill Zebob

They did. It was a slab avalanche.

    10. Angus

Wild animals extreme weather. Then shows an amanita mushroom. Which isn't technically a plant.

    11. Boom Crypto

John Vivanco and his remote viewers looked into this. They told what happened. The video is on edge of wonders pay channel.

    12. mystelblade

I thought it was pretty obvious hypothermia is very scary folks.

    13. Trü Ter

If it was snowing, how did they find prints? Unlikely as that may be, they found prints so clear that they were able to identify if the foot was wearing a shoe or socks? I smell a rat. The secret government facility or testing theory sounds like the most likely theory for some of the deaths. If it wasn't for the government getting involved, I would have called this death due to exposure.

    14. Vantros

I don't think blunt trauma would twist a man's neck. Correct me if I'm wrong, tho.

    15. JasonJason210

I don't know why people still think this is a mystery. It's been explained that it was an avalanche.

    16. TheModer8ter

The gift of God is everlasting life. Jesus, who was God in the flesh of a man, died for the remission of sin, including yours, was buried, and rose form the dead 3 days later. If you simply believe in this to apply to you and save you from the second death, then you have everlasting life in heaven. John 6:47 "verily, verily I say unto you, he that believes in me has everlasting life."-Jesus.

    17. Jameal Cummins

Radioactive bears or Russian government 🤔🤔🤔🤔

    18. Joe Mac

The "Bedtime Stories" channel did a great update to the theory of what happened to them. Very plausible. Mystery has been solved IMO after listening to it.

    19. Imighteatu Alilhungry

    20. John Manderson

Come on! You photoshopped the Matterhorn as a clickbait in a Russian mountains story ?! Shame on you !

    21. Der Taran

      The case is solved: nlname.info/project/video/roq3r4PaYZike2g

    22. Lunar Mizt

Saw this video in my feed this morning and it was 1 week now 4 hours later it’s 2

    23. Surf Widow

Of course it was an avalanche that would also rip your clothes off1

      Those adds kills me😂😂😂😂

    25. We Be Jamen

What the heck, seriously been looking for an answer to this since I first heard about it years ago

    26. Harpy

0:37 the guy in the top right has a last name Dyatlov👁👄👁

    27. Mood

What i don't understand is, how did the avalanche pick off his eyes?

    28. Hanomag 251

      Still unexplained

    29. JustElvin

"That's why I haven't left this room in the last eight years". 🤣

    30. jetpoweredgriffin

      Because they weren’t there.

    31. Seguro Sincero

      “Those people from Deliverance....”. 😂😂😂

    32. patrick darrough

um also thinking now the explosions where fireworks and could have been signaling for help or home party.. back is these time like titanic--- used fireworks --

    33. Lord Everybody

Well, that didn't solve anything now, did it?

    34. patrick darrough

i think its purely hypothermia.. its like getting stoned psychotic

    35. Yaven

11:30 the humour in which he said that is just😂🤣🤣

    36. Yaven

"So these people died that way on the mountain, and it's tragic..... THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE MOUNTAIN BREW WITH THEM UP THERE!"

    37. Radue Lebini

    38. Jx42

      Conclusively, not great, not terrible..

    39. Snowman

Those four in the ravine might have fallen into the ravine. If they did, it would explain severe bodily damage. They might have been driven to abandon their tents by kadiabatic winds, and fallen into the ravine in the dark...

    40. Dusty Boot

There is actually a far better explanation for this tragedy to be found on NLname recently released. And the tone of this video was at times very inappropriate for the subject matter.

    41. Mago

nlname.info/project/video/roq3r4PaYZike2g The radioactivity can be explained with two of those members were actually working on such stuff at a university. The rest is explained in the video at my link. All explained now. :)

    42. FreshLexo

Pretty sure the Russians said it was a particular kind of avalanche, one that was basically a huge sheet of ice.

    43. windsor327

      because nobody cares

    44. David Kennedy

They over time sliped and slid into the icy lake damaging their skulls on the slide down.

    45. Dumb At's

"hey! 42 here" hes been sent to us

    46. Crizpyy

Didn’t they figure it out using the frozen snow physics engine?

    47. Kyle Betts

Thoughty2, y'all gotta learn to consolidate.. Every video hits a slump about 7 to 8 minutes into it, and your solution to this mid-video slump is to drone on for another 10 minutes. Not working for me.

    48. C.Shaheen Tabassum

Yo all see this video made by Lemmino about Dyotlov's incident and it also has a better explanation nlname.info/project/video/kXC4yqDbrM2gpXk

    49. Kyle Betts

To answer the question in the title: because they've never heard of it.

    50. János Cserép

"Kholat Syakhl" Fascinating. You'd say the same thing in Hungarian as "Holt szikla" or "Halott szikla".

    51. First Last

avalanche/snow slide there, i solved it for you

    52. Patrickpoorandan Alves

"8:63" I know that this one *𝗗𝗔𝗗𝗬𝗔𝗣𝗣.𝗖𝗢𝗠* works any time I use it, I use it almost every week so I know what I'm talking about

    53. Lora Frost

I saw another video where they claimed that the type of lantern the group was using was the cause of the radiation. Not sure if that's been verified, though.

    54. Louis Ratcliff

      "00:40"😂 Greetings! But it's much easier with *𝐃𝐀𝐃𝐘𝐀𝐏𝐏.𝐂0𝐌* 📌 as I know

    55. Ema Arredondo

Caitlin Doughy at the Ask a Mortician channel has the answer.

    56. This Reckless

Some lost their tongues, eyebrows, eyeballs lol... Do you wanna build a snowman?

    57. WeapwnX

      It drugs. They did drugs.

    58. James Harvey

It was aliens, it's always aliens!

    59. Goober

I'm going with that it's Russians hiding evidence, we weren't there and don't have all the evidence.

    60. Uncanny _

This sounds like The X-Files material

    61. Chris1sBest

this highly lazy and egregiously unresearched video reminded me why i unsubbed from you years ago.

    62. Robert Liss

wasnt this bkz of a mad trapper with an axe?

    63. mustafa ali

"04:28" You all can use *DADYAPP Site* to get yours, it is the only one that worked for me 🧒

    64. Dean McQuillan

How can you say experienced 23 years old at that time my mother was only a couple years younger and was an idiot. And when I look back at 23 I remember how much I thought I knew compared to how much I did know and there was a big difference

    65. Fred B

Seriously, I have studied this topic to death. I know this much: leaving the safety and comfort of the tent underclothed in darkness and bitter cold was a death sentence.

    66. Sir F lange wach

I feel like the soviet government was involved in this. Radiation, but sounds like their handwriting. And ppl from the kgb beeing Involved? Hmmm

    67. mindy sirrine

"4:31" I know that this one *𝗗𝗔𝗗𝗬𝗔𝗣𝗣.𝗖𝗢𝗠* works any time I use it, I use it almost every week so I know what I'm talking about

    68. bari silence

"0:23"After wasting time on different sites, a friend of mine recommended *𝐃𝐀𝐃𝐘𝐀𝐏𝐏.𝐂𝐎𝐌* and it worked perfectly for me

    69. Michael Cullinane

    70. Dogstar

Helluva avalanche to beable to rip out someones eyes and tongue but leave their footprint tracks

    71. OldSilkRoad

IMHO, the most plausible explanation is presented in the book called “Dead Mountain: The Untold True Story of the Dyatlov Pass Incident” by Donnie Eichar. It is a dispassionate and rational analysis of the incident, and proposes a coherent and logical explanation of the incident, including all the anomalies. Plus it is a gripping read. I highly recommend it.

    72. onenickelmiracle

I would say to solve the mystery, the answer is the facts are lies.

    73. Keren Frias

'0:29" You all can use *𝘿𝘼𝘿𝙔𝘼𝙋𝙋.𝘾𝙊𝙈* to get yours, it is the only one that worked for me 🧒

    74. clarice flueck

"00:30" 😂 I actually have been using *𝐃𝐀𝐃𝐘𝐀𝐏𝐏.𝐂0𝐌* 📌 no issue with it all

    75. Dick Richard

They were attacked by a tracksuit slav yeti

    76. Faked Account13221

How bout all 3, areal mines start avalanche, hikers flee, succumb to hypothermic pshycosis

      1. Faked Account13221

@Rick Sanchez well snowfall explains crushing for 2 and location, pshycosis explains 2 by tree and fall explains 4 that fell, the question is why. The answer weapons testing never looks good to the public eye. So tell the public what happened as a result of bombs going off but leave out bombs, also explains the weird shit they did from reasons such as shellshock

      2. Rick Sanchez

@Faked Account13221 perhaps but that doesn't explain the unnatural injuries

      3. Faked Account13221

@Rick Sanchez its why I got the combination, the avalanch doesn't even have to hit them to be important, even the roar of a small one further up the mountain could cause them to flee leading to hypothermia and psychosis

      4. Rick Sanchez

I doubt it was an avalanche, the tent seemed to be undamaged (apart from the hole cut in it)

    77. Julio Pereira

what if the the bomb testing did both damage to the people and also cause an avalanche which caused the hikers to cut out of their tents and make their way down the hills..... ???

    78. Sam Polis

Where do we build our settlement? Vizhay!

    79. Bob Greene

A very good analysis-- given the complexity of the case, and the fact all the clues are "cold". The principal investigator was told, at some point, to abandon the case, so the possibility of Soviet state security concerns becomes obvious. Needless to say, student groups are discouraged from such ventures, now.

    80. Unhumanized

Im glad theres a little closer on the accident

    81. Sebastianator01

      Serial killer

      1. Rick Sanchez

He'd have to be pretty good at covering his tracks

    82. Jan Verbanck

Strikes me as odd that, after 10 days or so in the Russian winter, they still immediately found all their footprints...

      1. Jan Verbanck

@Matthew Sutton Quite optimistic in a Russian winter you know...

      2. Matthew Sutton

        Didn't snow simple

      3. ibrahim

        Yeah it is odd..

      4. Brick Battles

        yea i thougt that too

    83. Podgee

WTF with commercial shit or ads

    84. Ben Lutz

Oy! That crack about "those people from deliverance" was funny. Until I moved to the American south, and when I did I discovered that ALL the people who live here consider those hillbillies the GOOD guys, defending their home again those terrible invading coastal elites. It's not fun here.

    85. Tom Beranek

It may have been a avalanche? The snow ❄️ came down taking there supplies away. They had to cut there way out of the tent ⛺️. Walking down hill to look for their supplies . Trying to have a 🔥 fire was not enough to keep from freezing 🥶 to death 💀. What clothing they had on when sleeping would need to be taken from the 💀 dead. They moved on to find shelter. They all froze to death 💀. Animals scavenging their bodies. Maybe?

    86. Medicmist

The radiation was caused by a chemical in their lamps

    87. Abhijit Biswas

When the artificial aliens showed up on screen, i got a little scared 😂😂😂 the animation quality of your videos has gone through the roof

      1. Monica Sahu

IKR 🤣 LOOKS REAL-ish assuming one hasn't seen real aliens 😜

    88. Wrong Turner

      13:50 👆🏻😆😅

    89. Laurie Marie

Ok 60 years ago great job. How about you focus on current cases.

    90. Dainius Kur

There is a very well made Anton Petrov's video about Diatlovs Pass incident which explains the situation in logical course of actions and it consists real scientific evidence for it. I recommend to watch that video if you really want to know how this accident might have happened.

    91. Michael Ganzer

It was solved. Check out nlname.info/project/video/anG6rKinq6-JnHE

    92. Enrik Souls

Such a poorly timed joke about the fart

    93. Load Lord

There’s intelligence that the US was monitoring several groups of Soviet military who were known to expose the warheads on nuclear weapons to warm themselves in the winter. What we see here is the end result of excessive and repetitive exposure to those warheads.

    94. Onizuma13

From the evidence you've stated in the video it sounds like the most likely conclusion is that they were in the right place at the wrong time. Especially if many other hikers have done it before. Sounds to me like its a combination of a weapons test and avalanche. The explosions of fire and radiation hitting the tents and causing the snow to shift. Then in the hikers panic and pain waking up and running away from the area. Only to eventually die in the areas where they were found. The wrong clothes can be explained by them grabbing whatever they had left as they were escaping or taking it off a friends body after they died to stay alive and warm up. The mutilations are simply from animals eating at their bodies.

    95. R J

Authorities have officially concluded what happened, and have closed the case file. The conclusion was that an avalanche caused the incident.

    96. Alan Lucraft

    97. U _ T

This mystery absolutely burns my head out. I'm thinking a problem with this new frozen avalanche is if it's hit them in the tent why wasn't there any blood found in it or blood trails down the mountain? Plus such a weight to crush them, it didn't even knock over a single ski used as a tent pole. Hmm. Why walk a kilometre down the potential second avalanches path an stop at the first few trees to make a fire? (In my mind it's likely either Dyatlov or Slobodin climbed a tree near the fire as a look out for something since branches high up were broken and Slobodin body was found underneath) Why not get dressed in the aftermath or at least get as much gear as you can? But the Big White Elephant in the room is that the angle of the slope was 15degrees not 30 (as regularly reported). There is a photo of journalist Yuri Yarovoy and the prosecutor criminologist Lev Ivanov standing straight next to the tent and from this they can straighten the photo an get a more precise angle of the slope. An lets just gloss over the fact the tent was cut open on both sides. (There is 1 photo of it in storage in the 70s before it was destroyed because of mold). When you cut your way out of a tent in a panic do you take the time to carefully put your knife back? Well, all three Finnish knives were found in the tent. Tibo's and Krivo’s knives were found in their parkas and Kolevatov's Finish knife was described found in the tent, but its black plastic sheath was found later on May 6 in the area of the tent when the snow started melting down. Dyatlov's was a pocket knife and it was found in his jacket outside the tent. Kolevatov's knife is not mentioned in the initial lists of findings in the tent. There was a knife sheath found in the ravine which was initially considered to be from Kolevatov's Finish knife. Later on Kolevatov's Finish knife in its black leather sheath was listed among the items found inside the tent. Was the tent fully buttoned shut? I can't think of a single sentence to say to my comrades that would make them cut their way out of our only home away from home in both directions. No time to fiddle with buttons or put clothes on in -30c, just get out ASAP. If I were threatened to such an extent you can be damn sure I'll be using it as defence to the last. The 2 best dressed were Zolotaryov and Thibeaux. With signs of urination outside the tent it's likely these two answered the call of nature just before the "incident". Their 2 felt shoe prints were joined by the partially dress an bare foot comrades. OR Was it the perpetrators following chasing them? Zolotaryov had taken his camera out with him as it was found around his neck on his body. The 11 photos on it are chilling to say the least. Eagle 2 and Plane 1 & 2. There is also the infamous frame 34 and the Yeti frame 17, worth a mention. Surely the perpetrators would of known there might be very compromising photos of them on that camera but it was left alone. 3 hikers looked to investigators as though they were trying to make their way back to the tent before succumbing to the elements and died on their backs only to turned over later likely for their few pieces of apparel by those that made a fire. If they walked that far back why not the same distance again to the tent? Radiation. 1 member I forget which was a nuclear physicist or at least a student in that field an likely had contaminated clothing as Health an safety wasn't a thing in the 50's. There is a few photographs of the group swapping clothes an likely contaminated one another. I could ramble on for hours but in a nutshell. Something or someone scared them off that mountain and from returning even when faced with certain death to exposure. My heart goes out to their families and I hope those that lost their lives are at peace. It's honestly a case of the more you learn the less you know. WARNING Mature audiences only. dyatlovpass.com

    98. NoJuan Holmes

Missing eyebrows? I thought it was eyelids? Which was it?

    99. NoJuan Holmes

Nelly’s “it’s getting hot in here” was playing so they took off all their clothes

    100. NoJuan Holmes

They never made it to the hiking part. One of the hikers plotted to kill them all. So he killed them all prior to the hiking and then he was going to make it look like they had hypothermia and took clothes off as if they were building a fire tried to stash them in the cold.... then he put on the wrong clothes.... but then he hit his own head, fell asleep and then then died in the cold himself. He also screwed some things up like figuring out who’s clothes were his.
